Making bread the hot tub way

My life is gradually starting to get back to normal after an odd first six months of this year. My health is nearly back to normal.

Recently we bought a hot tub. It is the inflatable sort so it wasn't too expensive. We are finding it a most enjoyable and relaxing pastime for the evenings. Keeping the balance of chlorine and pH correct has been a bit of a steep learning curve, but we seem to be getting it right now. Today I found a benefit of the hot tub that they do not mention in the advertising . . . it makes a lovely warm surface for raising bread!

Shaped bread dough with anti-cat or fly covers sitting on the hot tub cover
The risen rolls half an hour later
Baked and ready to enjoy
