My name is Nor’dzin Pamo. I am married with two grown-up sons. My younger son is married and they have a son and a daughter. It is great being a grandmother!
I have been a Buddhist since 1980, and follow the Aro gTér Lineage which is a Nyingma tradition. I am ordained as a Ngakma – a practitioner of the gö-kar chang-lo, the householder, non-celibate tradition which dates back to the 9th century.
I am the author of three books: Relaxing into Meditation, Spacious Passion and Battlecry of Freedom. Together with my husband, Ngakpa ’ö-Dzin Tridral, I am co-author of Illusory Advice.
I teach at Aro Ling Cardiff regularly throughout the year, and also teach public and private courses internationally. Together with my husband, we have responsibility for a sangha of apprentices of the Aro gTér Lineage.
