It’s that time of year again – to be proud parents displaying the achievement of our graduating son. This time it is Richard’s turn. His study has been quite a long haul of five years. He had to undertake a foundation year because he had not taken A level maths, and his degree course was a four year course leading to a masters. Richard is now an MEng – with a masters first class honours degree in electrical and electronic engineering. He also won the Cardiff Univertsity’s Agilent Technology prize. There is no doubt he is a clever lad. He is receiving a lot of interest from prospective employers and it will be interesting to see how his career progresses from here.
We had a lovely day at his graduation yesterday. The weather was glorious and the event well presented and organised. We enjoyed a full day of celebrations in Cardiff city centre.
Well done Richard and good luck for the future.
