Relaxing into Meditation group and class

A week has gone by already since the first meeting of the Relaxing into Meditation Group.  It was a most enjoyable and successful evening.  There were seven of us altogether and another four people who sent apologies for the first meeting but want to come to another one - so this is a good beginning.  We practised Tense and Relax, Refreshing Stretch, Singing Om, A'a and Hung and two ten minute periods of Letting Go.  Then we had a cup of tea with biscuits and a chat so that everyone could get to know each other.

We have decided to meet twice a month on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month from 7 till 8, so the next meeting will be on 12th April.  Do contact me for details if you would like to come along and join us for this hour of practice.

The first evening last Thursday of my 7 week course on Relaxing into Meditation, at Aro Ling Buddhist Centre in Bristol, also got off to a good start.  It was a lively and intelligent group of people who asked great questions.

The flower is from my garden.  The spring sunshine has been replaced with gentle refreshing rain today which sparkles on the perfect camellia flowers.
