The Aro Lineage website has a number of audio teachings that can be listened to or downloaded. One of these recordings is of me teaching an introduction to shi-nè meditation. The photograph is of the shrine room in our home, Aro Khalding Tsang, in Cardiff. We host a weekly meditation and study group here on a Tuesday evening which all are welcome to attend.
