The next Relaxing into Meditation evening will be next Tuesday 12th April in Whitchurch, North Cardiff. The evening will include relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and guided meditation. I will lead the practice and teach how to meditate, and explain why it is important to be relaxed when meditating. Relaxation and meditation can help with stress relief and enable us to live our lives with a sense of well being.
